I had bought a spring balance…
I had bought a spring balance previously,but was unhappy with the quality and accuracy of the product.
When I first used this one,I was happy with the build quality and it's accuracy.
Although used to weigh horse feed,(to avoid over feeding!),I feel that this item is better than others on the market.

- Shipment and tracking link promised although not received, turend out that products indeed were not on the way
- Paid and received for package but turned out one product was not on stock hence not added to the package

Thank you for your review, as you have ordered this particular item many many times, it is a built to order item and is much longer than our usual delivery, we did advise that the brackets where out of stock and these would follow, as you required the scales urgently these where dispatched when built with the brackets to follow as agreed. Everything the company did was great except the £5.00 that I wasn’t expecting and wasn’t advised of….
Everything the company did was great… except that the exchange process cost me an additional £5.00 above the postage which I was expecting! However, not the £5.00 which I guess was a service charge?!

Thank you for your review I am glad to hear you were pleased with the service from our staff and that we were polite. Unfortunately your item was lost in transit as the incorrect property number was on the order. The issue was all resolved and we did dispatch a further adaptor for you.
My first Our Weigh purchase was trouble free.
I bought some scales as my first purchase from Our Weigh and there were no problems at all. The item arrived quickly and safely.
Now I am learning there is a knack to using sensitive scales... patience and repetition are required to have confidence in the results, as with any fine measurement. I'm glad I chose a set that came with a calibration weight!
