It was helpful to me to know that Lynsey kept pushing the buyers solicitor for information, despite their being reluctant to provide it.

I instructed ONP on a recent transaction and Ryan B was brilliant. Very professional and knowledgeable, even the sellers' estate agent was impressed. Highly recommend!

This was my second time using ONP, this time for both my sale & purchase. Once again I couldn't fault them, I was always up-to-date with progress, I would always have an answer to any questions I had within a reasonable time and the app once again makes it so easy to track progress, ask questions and review documents.

She was always easy to reach, regularly picking up the phone when I called and proactively keeping me informed as soon as updates came in. She explained everything clearly and gave great advice and guidance throughout the process.
We were under huge time pressure with very aggressive deadlines, and Pari worked incredibly hard to make sure everything stayed on track, even when it felt like it wouldn’t be possible.
