The app is very convenient and when I had a question, responses were consistently provided within 24 hours. I am a first time buyer and was told by so many people that property purchase process is very stressful but Nighat made the process look so smooth, i couldn’t imagine. While Nighat was on leave, i was still being helped by her team members like Gemma and Robert. Hence, the timely updates were really great.

Throughout the process, Seb was extremely efficient, professional and responsive. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries or requests were dealt with promptly.
