the item i ordered was out of stock but after a few emails and some very helpful advice on different foods i received my order the very next day.this is the first time i have used this company and i will be using it again in future.

Brilliant company to deal with, I've made a few orders now and all have arrived on time. I had a small problem with one order but one email later and the problem was resolved no messing. Some of the best prices I've seen as well. The live food is outstanding, and they have hatchling locust which are a nightmare to find anywhere. The online reptile shop is the best online shop for reptile keepers, they are very good with fast despatch and packaging. Extremely fast at replying to inquiries and sell a range of great products. All insects and rodents I receive are of great guality and everything is sold for a reasonable price which is affordable for everyone. I recommend this online shop to everyone and if you read a negative review DON'T believe it because they are truly great at what they do!!!

Just received my order from Online Reptile Shop and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, I placed my order over the weekend and it arrived today, well packaged and all in one piece. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and it certainly won't be the last.

A brilliant all round company to do business with. very helpful and reliable. Easy ordering and payment options. All orders are delivered within a couple of days and are securely packaged and protected. Have been very happy with all my orders. A one stop shop to keep any reptile {and its owners} very happy!!

Have used this site twice for reptile supplies, both times because they were the best value I could find online. Both times they have provided great service.
This week I needed a Heat Mat + thermostat pronto for my new cockroach colony. I had ordered from A DIFFERENT online company the week before and the goods had not arrived, after chasing them TWICE, to find the goods on their site were not instock. Needless to say I cancelled the order & started looking to order again.
Online Reptile were cheaper (even with next day delivery cost ! ) a quick phone call to check they really did have the items in stock was acknowledged, order placed & then the next day as hoped for Yodel were there with the goods at 10am. Less than 24hrs after ordering. Now I have warm & happy cockroaches for my dragons.

I recently had a problem with some vivarium equipment that was 3yrs into a 5yr warranty, I expected to encounter problems when I contacted the shop. However, to my pleasant surprise, Paul, was so helpful, full of advice, things to try to ensure that my item was faulty, and when it was, he went more than the extra mile to help. He followed up all messages that were left, all emails, was very pleasant to talk to about the problem I had. Paul even dealt with the return for me personally, through the shop, as opposed to the norm of "sorry but you'll have to take it up with the supplier mate". I will continue to shop with Reptilekeeping.co.uk Online Reptile Shop for all my bits and bobs. I unreservedly recommend anyone to use this shop, they know their stuff, plus they don't turn their backs on their customers when they need help and advice. Once again, I thank you.

I have bought live foods and supplies from many online retailers but Online reptile shop is head and shoulders above the rest. Unlike some others I have came across they actually answer phones and reply to emails. Customer service is simply the best I have came across.

My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was all handled to provide the quality of product I needed and the shipment was received as promised. Very happy and would recommend.

Have ordered a few times from this company and have never received a complete order.
With my first order for couple hundred there was an item missing (out of stock) which they said they would send later but never heard anything, so I placed another order requesting that they include the missing item from the previous order and when I received the order the previous missing item was included but an item from the new order missing (out of stock), again never received missing item so I contacted them saying that I am placing a new order and sent them a list first to make sure they had it all in stock ths time and received a reply saying they did, so I went ahead and placed the order, but even then items were missing. Some arrived broken while others they sent different sizes later saying they did not have stock of the correct size so sent me different ones, without asking and when they had told me they had it all in stock.

I gave them one last chance and placed another order last week, £50 worth of the items arrived with parts broken from it, yet the broken pieces were not in the package for some of them, suggesting they were sent broken.

Since then they have twice arranged to come and pick up the broken items which I sent them pictures of and bring non broken ones with them to leave me, both days I wasted the whole day waiting in for them and they never turned up and are now not replying to my emails.

Will be contacting my bank on Monday to file a claim and will never be using them again.

Better off paying a little more elsewhere and actually getting what I ordered.

I have purchased several items from this website. The seller goes above and beyond to make sure you receive your items not only on time but in great condition. His communication is second to none if there is any query. Would rather pay postage for a superior service/product than pay none and wait for the crumpled mess weeks later from other popular online retailers.

Think these people are fantastic. They actully called me over the xmas peroid to let me know about my order. Can't & won't fault them in any way. Keep up the good work & service

Cheapest prices around saved me a lot of money on buying my first bearded dragon set up when buying bugs the tubs are packed full which saves me so much money then buying from pet stores weekly amazing customer service as well

The prices are the cheapest I could find online, which is great, but where they really come into their own is the customer service - superb! My orders have arrived very speedily and well packaged, and when I did have a problem (one faulty bulb) Online Reptile Shop were happy to exchange it, hassle free. Highly recommended!
