The boots I ordered were a good price, quickly despatched and delivered in reasonable time by Royal Mail. Quite a nice boot for the price but returned because they weren't a great fit

I received a rug that was faulty (manufacturing fault), sent photos and email which was responded to very quickly with a return label link and replacement sent immediately.
