Wonderful, came in a couple of days and it hasn't made any difference to my almost blind mini Shetland, the piece over the eyes are much more see through than any other fly masks. My other ponies like theirs as the ear pieces do not make them sweat. Happy customer

Excellent service. The boots were a size small but that is what I ordered. When a return and reissue was requested this was done without hesitation and great service. Would recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE
10 working days after order was placed (17 days with weekends and BH's) and my order still hasn't left the "external warehouse", order daid 3-4 days to dispatch. Money was taken from my account at time of order without them even having the item available to dispatch. Email correspondance was extremely poor so phoned them. Were "investigating" where item was and could not confirm a dispatch time so refund requested. To their credit my order was refunded immediately but this does not make up for the misleading dispatch times and poor customer service.

Brilliant service. Good choice of riding hats. Ordered one day, informed the next day that they were on their way. Kept in touch by delivery people and came the following day. Excellent packing, no damage and what is more important….. no hassle for me! Thank you Online for Equine, I will be using you again!! 🌟 🌟🌟
