Arrived next day, just in time for use in our lambing pens

I ordered my new boots, which arrived on time. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the boots. I made contact with a lady called Francesca. Francesca could not of been more helpful, her customer service was superb. She was professional and happy to help. Within three days, my boots were replaced and are absolutely perfect. Thank you Francesca.

Still haven't received my parcel! Presumably due to Royal Mail strikes/delays? After being contacted today by Equine Online, I can now say that I did receive my parcel at the weekend. Royal Mail has been informed by the company that I did not receive my delivery on the appointed day. My thanks to them.

Francesca and the team at Online For Equine bent over backwards to resolve a Royal Mail issue we had with an order. I don't mean they ticked a few boxes, they went to extreme lengths to get a positive resolution for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have been nothing but disappointed with this company from start to finish . I firstly placed an order at the end of last year and waited almost 2 weeks before cancelling the order . After looking on here and reading reviews that seem to be all good I thought I would give them another chance which finally I received my order to open it up and a pair of the boots i had ordered were covered in damp , I also ordered another 2 different boots which i sent back aswell . I have now received my refund and they have only refunded me for the damp covered boots . I will add that in receiving my order I did email to let this company know that a pair of the boots were damp and they did reply that they would let the manufacturers know about this. I also added in the email that I would be sending the whole of the order back.

Fran was so helpful and knowledgeable guiding me over the phone to help me choose a perfect pair of boots! She ran to the warehouse and measured calf widths on a pair for me- which was incredible customer service! The boots arrived next day and I love them! I will definitely shop with you again!

I have been waiting for an order that was allegedly dispatched on 19 December, however there was no valid tracking number on the dispatch email. I have sent two emails (06/01 and 11/01) asking for a tracking number and have received no response whatsoever. Dreadful customer service.
