I am still waiting on my order, should have been delivered 3 days ago. One disappointed young rider today. I have emailed but have not had a reply.

I’ve been waiting for an order of grooming brushes for 2 weeks now! Still prosessing! I had a response to say sorry for the slight delay and my items will be shipped with 24hr Royal Mail service and have waited a few more days and nothing! These were a gift for my little boy for his new pony.
Won’t be buying from here again.

I’ve used this company several times; high quality products, excellent customer service when exchanges needed.

Would note that sizing is a little ‘small’ so for riding jackets and comfort I tend to order a size bigger; but that’s just my preference.

The jacket was delivered exactly when expected and it is a perfect fit and as described on the website. Easy to purchase, a good price, I was kept informed and the product is great!

Product as expected BUT it would have been nice if it was clean. The fleece lining was covered in pet hair, which was not pleasant.

Didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day even though I ordered it a week in advance.

I am a VERY happy Online for Equine customer and have ordered 3 times from them in the last three weeks.
One pair of mules was too big. A quick phone call and they were collected the following day by Royal Mail, with the replacement pair already on the way.
I have to say I'm amazed by some of the negative reviews. Surely, once an issue has been resolved in a polite and courteous manner, reviews should be amended accordingly? Only good manners in my opinion.
I will certainly use Online for Equine again (probably too often) given their excellent range, keen prices and superb customer service.
This review would be 6 stars out of 5 if that was possible :)

Good value for the three products I purchased and really quick delivery.

My boots were slightly faulty and as soon as I reported the issue it was dealt with quickly and in a really convenient way.

Another great transaction - received 4 days after ordering.

The boots were exactly what I'd ordered and prices are very competitive.

Arrived as promised and well packaged. Looked about for this product and this was the best price around. Will definately use again.

Ordering was easy and delivery was good however the item itself is , I believe , incorrectly sized. I usually buy adult small, short back in protectors. This one, ‘aerowear shadow’ is supposed to be adult medium(10 to 12) no measurements given and is very small, despite checking the size guide.

All sizes available and very speedy dispatch.

My order arrived faster than expected, very happy with the Le Mieux ear bonnet ready for Spring…..when it arrives!
