I was so impressed with the helpful reception team at Birchin Court who were willing to go above and beyond. Laila and Megan were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

We have an office within Birchin court. For us what makes a difference is the staff on site. They are better than great, always happy to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. The offices are well maintained but it is the team that make it.........

The service and hospitality received from the Jewry Street office is amazing. The team are always on hand to provide support, from booking rooms to helping me set up for functions for my organisation, which takes a load of your mind.

It is a lovely place to work in and the location is great. LI love the way they have revamped it!

I visited Birchin site for a client meeting and the office space was very nice and the staff were excellent, very professional and friendly.

Booking to view site was automated, easy and without glitches.
The website is clear and direct. All information is available and prices are favourable to competitors.
Any queries can be dealt with in person .

No parking on site as TFL tube stations are moments away. Ideal location.

On arrival I was greeted by staff already prepared for my attendance . Refreshments were offered before and after my tour.
The young lady (Lauren) dealt with the viewing and was professional and knowledgeable about the company, the premises and local areas suggesting entertainment and hotels outside of business hours.
I was escorted to a variety of rooms and facilities. The break out rooms and phone booths particularly caught my eye as attitudes to working have been modernised and catered for in appropriated ways here at Birchin Court.
The young lady (Lauren) described the facilities with enthusiasm and clarity, it was quite refreshing to find such confidence and customer service .
The venue and staff here are very much suited to my needs and other options were also discussed should my business expand. I was looking at a short term contract, having visited and met staff I’m inclined to extend my stay.
Highly recommend Birchin Court , One Avenue Group.

Special thanks to Indre & Niamh - but the whole team at Southwark Street have been fantastic since we moved in ~2 years ago. Always helpful, adaptable and responsive.
The building facilities are great too but the service we receive makes such a difference. It feels like they are an extension of our company and makes it a nice place to welcome staff and guests.

I think that very important marker of reliability is how the business reacts on non standard requests, things they can help you with but not really have to. One Avenue Group is a perfect example of such a Team. Thank you guys, keep up a great work!

The team at One Avenue have been outstanding. Abbey, Marianna & Tate are always happy to help and go above and beyond for us. They really do offer 5* service!!

The team at One Avenue at Meridien House are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. One Avenue have invested significantly in the site since they took it over and made it a much better user experience. I am delighted and lucky to be a tenant.

The worst experience of serviced offices. Finally got our our legal fees back a year on from these people.

The full team at Birchin Court is always welcoming and helpful in meeting all the needs of their tenants on a daily basis. Assisting us with our recent office move, the team made sure all of our requests were addressed in a timely matter while maintaining clear lines of communication. We are extremely pleased to be supported by such a wonderful team of professionals led by Centre Manager, Chloe Alder.

We moved to Dawson House over 2 years ago and since then we have experienced superior service - the staff are helpful and friendly and always do their best to
assist us whenever we need it. I am happy to recommend this space - you will not regret the move.

WOW! What a change have been working at 42 Upper Berkeley street Meridian House for 10 months now and I have to say since One Avenue have overtaken, what a dramatic change!! Everything from the decor, down to the service has improved. This goes to a special big thanks to Ben, Persiana and the team. A special mention for Lauren, Glacé and Millen who are always on hand to help with anything.
