Excellent office facility. Really can't say enough about Persiana and team and how helpful they are. They constantly go above and beyond for us.

We have been with One Avenue Group for over a year in their Birchin Court offices, near Bank. The interior design of the building and office space is fantastic, a cut above any of the other spaces we have viewed over the years. What really sets One Avenue apart though is the service provided by the team who make us and our clients feel very welcome, putting a huge effort into making this a great place to work!

Jasmine really made the experience. So helpful, sociable and professional. Always had a smile even on rainy days. The whole team played a part, helpful & easy to get on with. Loved my experience there while it lasted.

Excellent service always provided by Rosie, Chloe and the team. All of the staff are so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Notably, Rosie went and got me a handwritten card and sweeties to say congratulations for passing my driving test after I mentioned it in conversation. From my first day working at the Farringdon office, I felt very welcomed, the staff here showed me around and have always been very positive, polite & professional!

This is a great office space, with excellent amenities. The staff are great, especially Rosie who is very friendly, always lively and will go far and beyond to help when you need it.

Writing little review to compliment services given at Dawson House and especially Rosie shines bright with her smile and very friendly personality and every time I come to work I look forward to spending my time in lounge or amazing kitchen area fully equipped with complimentary coffee and fresh fruits and always staff greeting and helping to address little queries. Lovely service overall and great workplace that don’t feel like work!:)

Michaela Piatkova is fantastic! As a client at Meridien House, she has always provided a first class service. She is very professional, hardworking and extremely dedicated to her job. Our time at 57 Southwark street has been nothing short of amazing! The team have consistently gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All of the business centre team are kind and friendly my whole team have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Spectrum FX moved into Birchin Court back in January and we have been extremely happy. We started in an office on the 1st floor and recently moved to an office on the ground floor. The building is very clean and tidy at all times and full of very nice friendly faces to greet us and our clients each day. The team put on regular events for the clients that are always fun and serve as a good networking opportunity. After working with 2 other office providers since we started the business 6 years ago I feel as though we have now found our long-term office space. I couldn't rate the team at Birchin Court One Avenue highly enough. Very happy customer.
