Our organisation has a long standing relationship with the one avenue group and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. It cannot be overstated that is is all due to the incredible work of the birchin court team! The amenities are top tier, the conference rooms are spacious, well equipped, and perfect for hosting clients or team meetings. The kitchens and facilities are incredibly well looked after and the IT infrastructure is robust.

As previously mentioned, what really stands out is the fantastic management team. They are incredibly friendly and attentive and are very accommodating to last minute requests. Their professionalism and dedication make our daily operations hassle free allowing us to focus our business.

In short I would highly recommend birchin court to any company looking for a premier office space.

Dawson house is amazing, it’s spacious, there’s always cool events going on, the coffee machines are fantastic, all the staff members are amazing. It is also in a very accessible location and close to all the shops. We have been with them since November 2023 and love it. I love coming into the office and seeing Elvie and Rosie, who are both always so welcoming and helpful. They brighten up my day! Thank you girls and everyone else at Dawson house for their excellent service!

We're been based at the Jewry Street, One Avenue branch for a number of years and really enjoy the buzz of the office, the professional environment to invite guests and the friendly team, who always go above and beyond to assist us.

In terms of serviced offices, this is the best one I've been in. Not only are the team friendly and extremely attentive, they go out of their way to make our guests feel welcomed. My experience of this establishment was exquisite. The staff are freindly and very welcoming, even treating me to some biscuits and a superb latte.
