Being a first time buyer I had absolutely no clue where to start or what the process entailed. James was very informative, clearly explained the process to me and kept me updated. I was never made to feel silly when I thought I was asking silly questions, or when I felt like I was being a pain. Now I'm currently in the process of buying my first home for me and my family with a mortgage offer in place and this is all because of James and one2ones help. Cannot thank them enough.

I had an amazing experience with one2one mortgages, after searching for a while through different companies most that charge a fee I was pleased to find one2one mortgages where there are no fees for their service!
Not only that but the staff are brilliant, James was my mortage advisor and he was brilliant from start to finish, he replied instantly to my emails and was always available at the end of the phone if I had any questions.
He was very straightforward and always going the extra mile if needed, I can say with certainty that when my mortage is up for renewal I will be contacting James straight away.
