James and Amy were really helpful over the process of securing our mortgage. James’ advice was always spot on and it was never too much effort for him and Amy to get things sorted. We were chuffed when they were able to get us a lower mortgage rate over the line in time for our completion! Couldn’t recommend the service enough!

5* Service as first time buyers! One2One have been brilliant from start to finish. Our mortgage advisor James and case handler Amy have been so helpful especially with us being first time buyers. James and Amy have supported us through every step and any queries that we had we were able to message via WhatsApp which has been perfect for quick questions and answers. No question is too silly and James made us feel comfortable with the whole process. James is very knowledgeable and throughout the process has gone above and beyond to get us the best interest rate possible when rates had dropped compared to our first mortgage offer and we couldn’t be more grateful for this (we have now saved £70 per month!). Not only saving on monthly mortgage payments with James, but also the mortgage advisor fee that we were going to pay a different mortgage advisor was over £600 whereas James does not charge a fee and we were able to keep it all in house for a smoother process! We also took out our life insurance with Niall at One2One who was also very supportive and knowledgable, he made it simple to understand and talked us through the different life insurance policies to suit our needs. We are just under 4 weeks until completion of our first home and we are very grateful that it has been such a smooth and stress free process thanks to all involved at One2One!

Originally myself and my partner went to see an independent mortgage advisor who messed us around and wanted us to pay him £2,500 for his services. We quickly left him and I put a post out on Facebook only to be recommended one2one. Abby. F was my first informal contact and she was incredible in terms of she was messaging me outside of her working hours and when she was on leave!! She settled a lot of my anxieties because I was scared of getting messed over again with financial aspect of things. I was then allocated James. P and Amy. J, and oh my god nothing was too much hassle! Replies are so quick! They even created a little groupchat on WhatsApp so communication was smoother. They offered various other services like life insurance etc which was useful and cheap! They were just as excited as us when we were accepted :) the whole process from our first conversation to accepted for a mortgage was less than a month! They’ve been chasing solicitors for us and have truly found the better deals! I can’t thank each of them enough truly above and beyond :) here’s to our first house

From our initial mortgage offer, the interest rates reduced and as promised, James was able to revise and reduce our mortgage payments.
