James at One2One Mortgage Solutions Ltd has been absolutely wonderful with my partner and I. James has been very polite, patient and helpful whilst guiding us through the process of purchasing our very first home together. We cannot thank James enough for all his support, we are both very grateful for all the time he has spent with us and his experience. A big thank you to James.

James was a very polite, patient and helpful mortgage advisor, always available and happy to answer my many questions about the buying process as a first time buyer and explained all things mortgages and insurance in a clear, easy to understand manner . I never felt pressured to go ahead with anything and always allowed plenty of time to go away and think things over.

Abbey and Zoey were fantastic from start to finish and even though there were some difficulties from the mortgage provider Abbey and One2One made life so much easier with the support they offered. Generally very happy with the service. My dedicated advisor was James. He was available and approachable almost all the time. When he was busy he was always making sure, that someone else would help me.

I was kept up-to-date regarding the actual stage of my case. I received emails, also whats up group was set to keep me informed.

Everything (mortgage, home insurance, mortgage protection) was done in 3 months.
