I had retinal surgery and accidentally sat on my glasses 2 days after my operation and Ollie Quinn were fantastic, they fast tracked by order which I was so, so grateful for!

Couldn't have been more helpful with an unusual request for clip-on sunglasses to fit a non-OQ pair of existing glasses. Great advice and a speedy turn round once ordered. Very happy with the quality and appearance of these sunglasses - neat, inobtrusive, easy to fit and remove.

Great customer service and very nice product. However my glasses looked bigger on the virtual try on and I was disappointed that they were smaller than expected when I received them. However ai was able to return them and received a prompt refund so no complaints there.

My first time getting specs in this country and decided to go with Ollie Quinn. Optometrist Tejal was friendly and the eye examination process was smooth. Rory has been of great help throughout the experience as I needed to return and refund one of the pairs. The other pair that I decided to keep dug into my head which caused mild pain after prolonged usage, so I went into the Canary Wharf branch to get them adjusted - been assisted by Hafsa (hope I got your name right) multiple times who has been most patient and helpful in trying different ways to loosen the sides of the frames whilst ensuring there is still enough grip so that the glasses won't just fly off. Many thanks all, will be a repeat customer in future I am sure!

I bought a pair of glasses online with a prescription. The whole process took only about a week and I love the glasses, very good quality and the blue light filter is an amazing addition for working with screens all day.

It used to be great a year ago when Rory and Natasha were working there in the Leeds branch. Professional women and very nice and cordial with every client, but since the new manager has started working, I can feel a different vibe in the store. Also I just had an issue with my contact lenses prescription and the manager started telling me excuses over the phone without even apologising for their mistakes. I am now going back to David Clulow john Lewis were at least they have a younger staff in the management at the moment, that really understand what customer service is. I think the manager should be changed with someone more smart and capable of handling situations in a proper manner. He didn't apologise or even give different options and it's tone of voice was rude. Unfortunately, never again!

Rory has been super helpful and I couldn’t recommend more this brand. Customer service is always great, in store or online.

Great :) loved the frames

The sunglasses are great. However it was such a palaver trying to get them sent. While I was on the website the 'upload prescription' link didn't work (just twirled endlessly and I tried several times). So I sent my prescription via email. I then followed up a week or so later only to be told that I hadn't sent it. When I showed them that I had the response was that they "could see I have actually sent it but it was not received" ... which just isn't how emails work? Rory from customer services was great in getting my order expedited but I would have rather that hadn't had to happen if there was just a better portal for prescription upload. Can't fault the sunglasses though!

Customer support service is really quick and nice. If you have any issuer with the specs you can just reply on the last email from them. Another thing, my specs were a bit loose I just stopped by nearest OQ and they fitted it for me! This is awesome!
