Really feel, despite all the terrific reviews, that I have to report a bad experience with my frames from Ollie Quinn. I bought them in 2021 and in that time the arms have fallen off four times. Both sides affected. I can only assume the hinges are of poor quality as I look after my glasses carefully. My purchasing and returns experience with them was great though.

Great customer service and quick delivery

A truly great experience from Ollie Quinn (big shout out to Rory) who went above and beyond to help me sort out some clip-on sunglasses. Unfortunately I have had to return them (all part of the excellent service with no questions asked) because they were simply too big for my own glasses.
I was really disappointed because they arrived beautifully packaged and the glasses are stunning. It appears I have unconventional shaped glasses. I would highly recommend this company and do not be nervous to try and return if they are not suitable.

I have had a really fantastic experience with Ollie Quinn. I first heard about Ollie Quinn after I saw a Tiktok of a girl wearing the Cameron frames in a pinky/tortie colour (not the frames I ended up buying but definitely still on my wishlist!) it wasn’t even an Ad, I had to ask her where her frames were from, but I see glasses on people everyday and these frames really jumped out at me for being such a unique colour and I have been obsessively going through the site trying to decide on just one style ever since. I really struggled to choose between a number of frames I loved so I know I will be a returning customer! You have the option to virtually try on each frame aswell as being given the dimensions of each frame which I found really helpful before making my purchase . I had previously ordered an aviator style frame but after receiving that order I felt that that style really didn’t suit my face shape so I returned them and chose a different style which I have just received. If you are in any way unhappy with your order, you don’t have to worry about a complicated returns process, it couldn’t be simpler with Ollie Quinn. I contacted the customer service team and was given all the information to make my return. I’m so happy with my new glasses which are the Jaz frames in gold and I have had so many compliments in the few days I have worn them. The website is easy to use and the order process is quick and stress free. The prices are fantastic and when you receive your glasses you can see that the quality speaks for itself. Their customer service is next level and their customer service team are quick to respond to any queries and offer help throughout the process. A very happy customer :)

I decide to use Ollie Quinn for the 1st and probably last time ever. I do have high astigmatism and my eyes require special lenses which I thought will be accounted by this company. I did the eye test with them hence they knew this. The 1st pair of glasses that was made for me was quite terrible. The lenses were so cheap and I did notice distortion in the image straight away but was told to wear them for two weeks to get use to them. For those two weeks I had headache every day after a day of using the glasses. I did complain about this and had to wait for few more weeks for another pair to be prepared. The optician told me that this time they've used more expensive lenses and that I won't pay more money as it's covered from the warranty which is fine but I just don't get why they tried to get away with the cheaper version in a 1st place. We are talking abut eye sight which is super important. You cannot replace your eyes for another pair!

Well , we were allowed to come in despite the shop being closed for inventory ( they had been burgled the night before ) so .. that was nice. Picked my first pair of glasses ( ever ) and they looked nice . Now I have them and I am not massively impressed by the quality ( they make a clicky noise when I put them on and take them off ) ... I guess for the price I should not be too fussy but since it is my first pair of glasses ... maybe I can be .
