I use the Brighton store in Gardener…
I use the Brighton store in Gardener Street. The staff are just fantastic, and the optician was wonderful. The place is really calm, and you get a very warm welcome. After trying Boots and Specsavers, Ollie Quinn was a like a breath of fresh air. I picked up some new specs and contacts today. Highly recommended!

This company is always fantastic, both in store and online I’ve had great service! The online team made sure I got my new glasses in time for a holiday and their communication was great! Thank you Rory for the amazing customer experience in particular. Love the style and quality of the glasses too and OQ have always been so helpful when my glasses have needed repair or a lense replacement

Really lovely customer service
Really lovely customer service, very helpful in getting me my student discount and guiding me through the process. I thought buying online was a scary experience as you never know what you’re going to get, even after trying them on in store, but I am so happy with my glasses, thank you!

Amazing customer care
I had my Romeo sunglasses stolen which I loved and knew the colour I had was no longer in production - I reached out to the team in hopes they might have a pair in a stockroom. Not only did Rory respond quickly and with empathy but he tracked down one pair of my original sunglasses and had them sent out to me (I paid!) within a couple of days. Really great customer care.

Even more important, brilliant customer service. I had an issue with the return of some of the items I had ordered and Rory was absolutely amazing helping me figure out what had happened! Highly recommend and will 100% order again!

Service with a smile and no payment expected…
The ladies working at the shop on Pandora were just lovely. They fixed my reading glasses while I was doing some other shopping in town. When I returned the staff had completed the tricky repair then refused to accept any payment.

Incredibly efficient and helpful service when trying to replace a pair of stolen reading glasses. Big shout out to Rory for his help!

Poor quality and don't respond quickly
I have had three pairs from them and every pair has broken!
I have emailed them and they haven't responded to resolve the issue which has left me without glasses and trying to work nearly blind.
