OGC was fantastic! It focuses on the right material and is very easy to follow. I especially love how the practice problems are ranked by difficulty and subject so you can efficiently focus on your weaknesses. By using OGC, I was able to improve my score over 100 points and achieve my goal score of 720. I highly recommend the course!

My MBA program will start on July 27th at an Ivy league university, but, a year ago, I thought I have no chance of getting in even to one of the top 50 MBA programs.

Probably the single most important part of my application was the GMAT. I realized that if I can somehow nail the test, I'll be able to find my way in to top-notch business school.
I had invested a lot of time preparing for the GMAT, but no matter what I did I couldn't brake the boundary of 610-620 point. Luckily, last summer, I applied for in-person prep course with Devin Jones.

The classes helped me understand the complex mechanic behind the GMAT and made it look like a game- a game that I can beat.
After 12 classes, Devin was able to simplify each section of the test, providing the best possible strategies for attacking every single question type. He was full of understanding and patience, and most importantly, he was not "cheap" with emails in out of the class communication. It was not only about what I have learned on the course, but also about the general mood I got into. After a lot of work, I ended up scoring 720.

Devin Jones is the best! He is not only an extremely smart individual (I dare that he can solve any question that you through at him within 2 minutes!), but he is also an exceptionally gifted instructor. Throughout our GMAT sessions I have never felt bored - we started with the basics and gradually progressed towards advanced concepts. Devin continuously challenged me with fascinating quantitative and verbal questions; the sessions were fun (primarily due to Devin's great personality) and useful. If you are ambitious and shooting for a high score, I highly recommend to work with Devin! You will be amazed by how much he can bring to the table on both sections of the test. Effort on your side combined with Devin's expertise will lead to some great results. I scored 710 on the real thing, quite an improvement from my initial 590 just 2 month prior to working with Devin!

I studied for the GMAT on and off for almost two years. I took a Manhattan GMAT course 2 years ago and did not score as well on the test as I would have liked (score: 590). I was also not very impressed by the Manhattan GMAT course and I didn’t feel like the instructor was particularly helpful nor was he passionate about truly helping students conquer the test. Anyway, I took a year off from the GMAT and started studying again this past September. My friend who also struggled with the GMAT recommended I try out Veritas Prep. She had a private tutor and she said that it made a big difference. I could not agree with her more! I signed up for the package of 20 hours with a private tutor. From my very first tutoring session, I knew that my tutor, Devin Jones, would help me beat the GMAT. Devin was always willing to meet around my schedule. He was never late and he always stayed past the scheduled duration of the tutoring session. Beyond just providing tutoring for the content of that GMAT, Devin was my support and backbone throughout the 4-month process. He kept my emotions at bay and he helped me mentally prepare. He was even willing to walk me to my test center for my first scheduled test because he knew I was nervous. It’s the little things like that that really make all the difference in the world. Although I did not do as well as I would have liked on my first test (score 640), Devin stuck with me and continued to help me prepare and tackle my weaknesses. He provided constant study materials and created homework assignments for me each week. The structure of his assignments really helped me get through the weeks. I took the test two more times and unfortunately still did not do as well as I would have hoped. Devin’s confidence in me kept me going. Finally, on my last attempt, I scored a 690! I was beyond ecstatic and I definitely could not have done it without Devin by my side every step of the way. Devin was the first person I texted after leaving the testing center and he was so happy for me. I could not have asked for a better tutor, helping me to improve my score 100 points! Devin is a truly amazing person and is incredibly passionate about helping others.

Devin is an exceptional GMAT instructor. Not only does he know all the material extremely well and scored a 780 himself, he is able to explain concepts and strategies in an easy-to-understand manner. He covers every single concept that appears on the exam, and explains how to solve every type of question through both a mechanical approach and a high-level approach. This way, the student understands the material but can also answer questions faster and with less work involved. He's a gifted teacher and I highly recommend his course.

Devin was a great GMAT tutor. He helped me create an action plan and then guided me along the way. He was a great resource for things I didn’t understand and was always willing to walk me through tough problems - even by text at weird hours. He was also super efficient with our time together which I really appreciated. Overall great guy, great tutor. Would highly recommend.

Devin Jones helped me break 700. Studied for almost a year and was not making the progress I wanted. The difference came down to strategy and not necessarily learning more material. If you feel stuck, I definitely recommend working with Devin!
