They even arranged alternative accommodation for us straight away, which was such a relief because our insurance couldn’t seem to do anything to help with that. With three kids to look after and no home to go back to, it made all the difference. Oakleafe really stepped in when the insurance company didn’t, and I’m so grateful for everything they did. Saved my sanity! after a flood in my home i share with my husband and children, i was having so many issues with my insurance company, they were taking a long time to resolve the claim and we were living in an environment that was not safe. I found Oakleafe online and i could not believe there were companies out there who would literally take away all the stress. 4 months after the flood, i am now sitting in my new kitchen, not my old kitchen with only half replaced as my insurance company offered!!
