I have rented out a property through Cowling and Payne for many years. They have been a really supportive business. The team are great at keeping you informed of all current legislation, have excellent maintenance teams should you need a repair and are always there to listen to any concerns.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Misinformation, phone calls not returned. Poor tenancy checks. Dispute resolution is non existent. Thankfully I have not had to use these in a professional capacity and certainly never would.

Amazing team!

They have been so helpful throughout the whole the whole house buying process and supported, where required, helping to alleviate quite stressful situations.
Very good communication- the staff have always responded quickly and have always been polite and friendly. They have also communicated clearly between ourselves and the sellers.
We have been extremely appreciative of their support.

Excellent staff, with a special mention to Michael who was outstanding throughout the whole process with his constant attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge of the process. Fantastic to work with throughout and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
