The items arrived on time, were unpacked and packaging remove, a very good service, speaking with the staff and manager at Oak Furniture UK, they could not do enough to help me, a very pleasant experience, the Opus units are first class, would recommend this company very strongly, very pleased.

I had ordered a Wingback Chair from Oak Furniture UK, which was stunning looking however, I had omitted to measure my doors. Unfortunately it would not fit, so I contacted David at the shop and he was very understanding and refunded my order fully.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from the shop again, I will be careful to measure in future...

The coffee table is lovely, however, there were no assembly instructions either with it or on-line and the shelf was not pre-drilled, which made assembly quite awkward. Also, a star taken off for delivery; after paying £70 for delivery the driver wasn't going to unpack the item (did when asked), and didn't take the packaging away as promised when ordering

I ordered 2 items of furniture which arrived 2 weeks later. They were both very well made including all the 'fittings and fixtures'. I am very pleased with them and would definitely recommend the firm to friends.

David and the team, delivered a d built a wardrobe. They were respectful of me and my home, very kind and helpful. The wardrobe is fantastic. Good quality, well built, looks stunning. The delivery and build service is well worth the money. I couldn’t have requested more. The shop is well apportioned with many items. Well worth a visit. I will return for more suggestions.

Great Service from start to finish.

Johnny at Swindon store provided excellent customer service during our new suite purchase.
Delivery being 7 days was a little dramatic as our sofa back had been omitted from the van. However after a call to the depot. The two delivery men returned with the missing back needed to complete our suite. Acknowledgement of credit to these guys who went over and above to provide excellent service.
One negative the customer service representative who was called wasn't to helpful to her colleagues who were attempting to resolve issues on the day.

The service was fantastic, the person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. The delivery and set up was very quick and they even did it for free because I loved so close.

Fast timely delivery. Great quality chairs. Slight assembly require but it was very simple and easy to do without tools. Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable and I feel are good value for money. The website was easy to navigate.

We love our extendable oak table! The unextended table has a small footprint, but more than adequate for our family of three, and it extends to seat 8 (and possibly even 10 at an uncomfortable push, but this would be only attempted if absolutely necessary!) The extension mechanism is very elegant and easy to use, we just hope it stands the test of time and use.

We spoke to customer service before ordering and she was very helpful in advising us how to ensure delivery wasn't attempted during our holiday (as it was unlikely to be delivered prior). The *only* downside of our experience is that having added a note to our order saying we would be unavailable to take delivery until after 24 August, we then received a text telling us delivery was scheduled for 23 August, which was a bit annoying. However, delivery was swiftly rescheduled to take place a few days later. Delivery arrived on time and the delivery guys were very friendly and polite. Would definitely order from Oak Furniture UK again.

We purchased several of the items in the Scandi range offered by Oak Furniture uk. We had been searching for weeks for a range of furniture to blend with our Ercol refurbished, mid century rocker and easy chair. I was so pleased when the items arrived. All were very well made, stylish and elegant and just the look we were searching for. The delivery was prompt convenient and very slick. Beautiful and modern, solid oak table and chairs which we bought for our adult daughter who lives in assisted living. She was very happy that she can do her jigsaws on her new extending table.

The furniture that we ordered is very well made and excellent quality. The service was good and the delivery drivers very helpful.

The company website was well laid out and easy to use. There was excellent customer service throughout from purchase to delivery. I spoke with David who was meticulous in arranging delivery. He went "the extra mile giving me excellent advice on how to hang a heavy solid oak mirror.
I also purchased a large solid oak bookcase which was of very good quality and good value for money.
I would highly recommend this firm.
