Excellent Customer Service
I bought a dining room oak table from Oak Furniture UK and I can honestly say that it’s Customer Service Team is simply outstanding. I dealt with Liah and David who could not have been more helpful, pleasant and efficient. They were simply a joy to deal with.
Every enquiry was answered promptly and dealt with efficiently and with great courtesy.
Delivery was prompt and according to schedule and the dining table itself is of exceptionally high quality.

Good after sale service.
Good after sale service.
There was a delay in delivery from the seller's supplier, which had to be chased a couple of times. On delivery there was a small area of damage on the chair, but the seller arranged for a furniture restorer to come out and repair the damage and checked that we were happy with the repair (which we were). Not every order can be perfect, so excellent after sales care is important and that is what we received here.

Lovely piece of furniture
Lovely piece of furniture, perfect size for my small dining room. Delivery drivers were very helpful and respected my property and new carpets, offering to remove their shoes without me asking them to.
My only grumble concerns fixing the handles on. There were no washers provided, therefore the fixing screw couldn’t get any purchase, it kept turning without securing the handle tightly. I’ve used the original pieces of fibrous ‘paper’ that were tied around the screws that secured the handles inside the drawers and cupboards for transit. This has done the job perfectly. If they disintegrate I’ll have to get some washers of some sort.

We cannot praise this company enough. At every stage buying experience. We saw exactly what we wanted on their website but because we were going to buy an expensive item we wanted reassurance that this company was legitimate. We chatted through our ideas with David and we felt very confident. We made our purchase and we were thrilled with the outcome. The delivery team was excellent and the product exactly as described. We went on to purchase not just a large dinning room table but sofas and a foot stool as well. A brilliant company selling first class for that we couldn’t find on the high street. The delivery men took approximately 1 min to drop off the unit and were gone with no offer to help unpack ! Also the assembly took much longer than indicated and my husband who is quite experienced in self assembly found a few of the instructions were lacking in detail and slightly misleading !
