The parcel was despatched promptly to the correct address. However, while the parcel was in transit, the customer changed the delivery address and requested delivery to a local collection locker. The parcel was too large for a locker so had to be returned to sender.

Absolutely fantastic experience as always 😀 super easy to go through order process the visual on line store shopping experience is so expertly put together with excellent details on all products and fabulous true pictures with great 👍 descriptions. The prices are fare and excellent discount opportunities 👌 just purchased lemieux Chelsea yard boots at an unbeatable price , packed perfectly and delivered within 2 day's. Absolutely love this store 😍 my favourite go to with so many flexible pay options 😀

Signed for items that fit through a letter box ,Unfortunately I still haven’t received…

Unfortunately I still haven’t received my product as you’ve sent it needing a signature,unfortunately I’m at work all day so am unable to get to the post office during b open times to collect it,despite working for Royal Mail and getting my manager to get the respective postman to deliver it for me regardless of the signature(I don’t live in the same area as I work) xx can’t wait to see it just unfortunate it won’t b for a while x
