Responded to my previous review about my missing parcel telling me it must have been delivered due to GPS and a photo.
the photo does not show a house, only some decking - the same decking that all of the houses around here have.
In terms of GPS, I have checked with my neighbour.
Absolutely no care and no understanding of consumer rights, avoid!!

As stated in our previous response, the parcel was delivered to the correct address with correct GPS tracking and a delivery photo. We quickly advised the customer what steps to take to help us resolve the matter. The courier investigation is ongoing and we will update the customer as soon as we have the results.

Delivering the correct item, undammaged, when you said you would! Using Royal Mail. In my recent experience, ordering tack on line from various companies, this is unusual!

We are sorry that the boots were not suitable for you. Like most online retailers, we do not offer or advertise free returns. However, unlike most, we offer a heavily discounted prepaid DPD return label. This allows customers to return even heavy items for the very low cost of £5.95.
Excellent service
I have bought of Oakfield many times and not returned anything up till now. I bought a fly rug which was too small for my horse and returned it. I received prompt service and the refund was returned quickly. Very very good customer service.
