Excellent service & price. Used a couple of times and very satisfied. Vehicle always ready & clean on arrival. They will always be my go to for car/van hire and would highly recommend.

This was the second time I hired a car from your company The first time in August 2021, the hire car encountered a malfunction and I was stranded in Bournemouth with my 2 young children. It took me 11 hours to get home and I was not offered any assistance from yourself. You seemed to think it was my fault!! You were rude and showed no compassion towards your customer. In return I was offered no compensation for your company’s incompetence and only given a discount on my next hire vehicle. Hence the reason for me returning. Even with the discount it was more affordable to go to Enterprise, but I wanted to get what I deserved.
You have missed a valid point, Michelle, when I came to collect my second hire vehicle!! And that was your failure to ask me to bring in the compliment slip I was sent from your discount offer. So whether you failed to ask me to bring it with me or I forgot, I think the point I am making is how incompetent of your administration as you did not have anything on file honouring the discount. You were rude and insinuated I was lying. You didn’t make eye contact nor get off your chair to talk to me. It was the other lady in the office that day that showed any customer skills. You weren’t going to release the hire car until I showed proof of some shoddy compliment slip & expected me to go home and return with it. Thanks to your assistant I was able to provide a screenshot to confirm.
So I will again state that Michelle is rude and has no customer service skills.
Therefore you do not deserve the 5 stars mentioned in your response!!! Your colleague working in your office that day does deserve the positive feedback, but as for Michelle, she needs to learn some customer service skills & maybe attend an administration course as the company’s customer accounts are inadequate.

I have used this car hire company on numerous occasions. The service is always efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The vehicles are all kept in a great condition. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent van hire company. Competitively priced, wide range of vehicles available and staff are helpful and friendly. Booking process was easy. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Great value for money. Working condition and good drive. Very good price. Price reflected the service as well - no thrills. I asked if I can pay for the service of refuelling (pay for petrol and for the service/time) this was refused. Drop of time on the day is limited to 16:15 however I did have an option to bring it the next day by 9am. Overall I recommend.

5 Stars for the service from office staff but 2 Stars for paying the full amount for a van prior to receiving the keys, only to be given a van with a faulty passenger side, sliding door and told ‘don’t use this door because it doesn’t close properly’. I was advised by the African worker that if the door is opened, I must use a particular technique to close it, which he showed me. Very bizarre and not what you expect when paying the full price. I’ve rented vans for over 20yrs and id expect a professional company to either offer a discount or a replacement. The minimum requirement would be an apology.

I was on a strict time schedule and I couldn’t spare the inconvenience of asking for another van. Apart from all that, it was a 2017 Peugeot Expert and was good to drive.

Brilliant service as usual, from the booking process to the ladies in the office and the handover guy checking the vehicle etc ! A special thank you to the ladies who were very patient with me, as I had an expired licence ! However they were very knowledgeable and talked me through the DVLA process to sort it out ! Pick up and drop off went smoothly after that and so did my house move ! I’ve had a minivan a couple of times before, but this time a low loader, so will always return, whatever vehicle I need ! Thanks guys !
