Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible. We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

This was the best policy by far
This was the best policy by far, was quick and easy to fill in and only took minutes to do. i would recommend this company to my friends and family.
Documents came through straight away and they just need printing off.

Still no response from this company…
Still no response from this company from a claim put in to them in June. It was apparently escalated and someone was suppose to call me today or email to confirm the claim is settled. Still no response from them and when you call them all you get is they can’t help you, requested the phone called from them in writing and also all information and still nothing, updated the ombudsman and they are now going to take over this, companies an absolute joke and a scam of a company.
In light of there response below I had to contact them and all you still get is it’s been passed on. The company did not contact me as promised.
All need to avoid this company at all costs, get what you pay for, lesson learnt

Hi Lee, I have been informed that communication was made with yourself today and that we have requested an urgent review by the claims team.
This has also been passed to the head of Complaints to escalate further.
