Good selection of vehicles
Good selection of vehicles. We were greeted immediately and offered a test drive without booking. Every time I telephoned there was no long wait for a response and the sales person if not available at the time, always got back to me. Very happy with the service we were offered

Positive Feedback – Excellent Service from Chandan Senghani
After my previous bad experience, I would like to take the opportunity to share a positive one.
This time, I had the pleasure of dealing with Chandan Senghani, the Workshop Manager, and I must say it was an excellent experience.
Chandan was very helpful and attentive, carefully listening to the issues I had with my car and taking them into consideration. He offered practical solutions and made sure that my car was properly fixed this time. He also understood the seriousness of my previous situation with the missing wheel nuts and did everything possible to restore my trust in the service.
If Kia Belford had more staff members like Chandan, I am certain the company would receive only positive feedback and five-star reviews.

Alexandra-Lavinia Sandu, who sold us the car, was approachable, helpful and didn't pressurise us to make a decision there and then. As a result we came home thought about the car and phoned next day to confirm we wanted to buy it. My husband and I both thought she is extremely good at her job.

Great Car just a little disappointed
Sales person was very polite and the transaction was very smooth. During the selling process I was told that the service history was digital and was currently being requested. I took this as meaning full service history however it transpired that it was only the history from the last owner and not the original owner, by this time I had taken ownership of the car, I did pay the current market value for the car and am now disappointed that I don't have any service history from the first two years. I have to accept that it was my fault as I should have insisted on seeing all history before parting with the money. as I paid the market value price i'm now concerned the car is worth less without this history.
