Have in the past received great service from Norton Way Mazda, but after this latest round of our CX60 warranty work, it will be the last car I ever purchase from them - and that hurts as this is my third new car purchased here plus we purchased my sons new car from here too.
The CX60 PHEV whilst is a lovely car has so many faults it has spent a fair bit of time in the Service Department. This last escapade is for a faulty steering rack and an engine mounting block needs replacing - on a car that’s just done 15,000 miles I might add.
My car went in a week and half a go, and was told they needed to keep it a week until the parts arrive from Belgium. I called a week later as hadn’t heard anything to be told they are not expecting the parts in for another week. I asked therefore if we could have a courtesy car to be told that there’s none available and there’s a five week wait for courtesy cars. I’ve got Christmas Shopping to do and a Granddaughter visit with activities planned.
I am pretty disgusted to pay £54k for car and then to be basically left high and dry and having to go and hire a car so we can continue with our plans.
I am so done!

Purchased my CX30 from these guys last week,dealt with Leigh who was excellent from start to finish and very polite,funny and efficient.Can definitely recommend buying from here.

Excellent service throughout. I felt listened to and at no time overwhelmed with ‘sales’ talk or any hard selling. I’m really pleased with my car and there was an issue afterwards - that was dealt with effectively and completely hassle free.

We are always very happy with our experience at Norton Way Mazda. Every car service and MOT is completed efficiently and expertly with good communication throughout the procedure.
At our last visit we completed the purchase of a new car with the help and guidance of Sales Executive Donald Smith. We were given a good price for our part exchange and the whole process from our first enquiry to choosing the model, identifying when the car was being shipped and picking up our new car took less than five weeks.
On the day of purchase, Donald led us carefully through all the paperwork and took his time to sit with us in the new car to explain all its features.
We are delighted with our Mazda CX30.

unfortunately the car was miss advertised and nothing has been done about it. The car advertised as having eskyactiveX engine has a previous version of this engine.

Just picked up my 4th car from Norton Way Mazda and the process was as smooth and quick as ever. All members of the team are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, particularly Amelia and Sam. Would definitely recommend.

I paid £643 for my last service on 8 August 2025 and also raised a warranty claim for my infotainment screen delamination. I am still covered by the Mazda used car warranty. Norton Way Mazda submitted my request — but then nothing.
After more than a month of silence, I called the Mazda warranty hotline directly. They confirmed they had already replied to Norton Way Mazda on 14 August 2025. Yet Norton Way Mazda never contacted me and my case has completely disappeared into a black hole.
Even when I phoned the service department myself, a service advisor named Josh promised to call me back. That call never came either.
I deeply regret trusting them with my car. They were quick to take £643 in service fees, but have failed to deliver even the most basic communication or customer care regarding my warranty claim.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone.
