Excellent aftersales service.I have bought several cars from this garage and the last vehicle I traded in I owned for 18 years always had it serviced here with no problems. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Made extremely welcome. The salesman (Josh) could not have been more helpful. The whole experience from arranging a test drive to collecting our new vehcle was first class.

This is my 4th. new Norton Way Mazda since 2014, and I have always found the staff (whether sales or service) to be knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because of the long delivery time for this and my previous car. I know that this is not Norton Ways fault but it is still very frustrating.

Leigh the Sales person was very helpful in finding a vehicle which matched our requirements and in setting up two test drives. There were a couple of problems with the car in the first few days but these were quickly rectified, thanks again to the efforts of Leigh.

Josh and Sam made my experience with picking up my car really great. They added extra little touches and went beyond what I expected.

From the initial enquiry to accepting the keys for my used Mazda purchase the process was made easy by the salesperson.
Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and not at all pushy with the sale.
The vehicle itself is lovely and comes with the reassurance of a main dealer warranty.

I bought a low mileage second hand car with mazda full history . Included 1 year full Mazda warranty+ home and pan European breakdown service .so far impressed I never Owen a Mazda before .

I bought my Mazda 2 11 months ago, the service before and after has been outstanding. When my m.o.t was due in April I had it carried out here, again, I couldn’t fault the work or the staff at Mazda. On Tuesday I took my car in for a service, I spoke to about 5 members of staff who were all polite and friendly. The man who sold me the car, David, recognised me and came over to say hello and asked after my husband. David remembered my husband’s name and that he was ill when we bought the car all those months ago, my husband died 5 and a half months ago, I told David this and got upset, David showed compassion and genuinely cared, it meant so much to me. When David went to lunch he asked if I wanted anything, I said no, I had already eaten but he came back with a Terry’s chocolate orange for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

I want to take a moment to thank David and the team at Mazda Letchworth for their excellent customer service.

Still waiting for decision on body damage, we found after 2 days of ownership

I was greeted at the door was very polite and asked if I and my family wanted a drink went through everything with the car had a look around to see if I was happy
At the end I was greeted by the manager and gave me a hand shake.

After 2 days I was unable to charge the car, phoned and asked if I could bring the car in for someone to look at it. No best date would be 30 of June. I explained I had only had the car for 2 days from new and it was a motability car. Date still stood. I am amazed at this service and this will be the last car I get from Norton way group.
