Friendly efficient service
Friendly efficient service. Everyone was polite and prompt. I was kept informed and updated as soon as my vehicle was ready. Collection was easy, my hire vehicle was clean and tidy. Very professional.

Just to say a big thankyou to the Staff at Northgate Vehicle hire in stoke for there help this afternoon, we had a Tyre issue with one of our vans and Mary arranged for our driver to call by as soon as i called meaning that our driver could get on with his day afterwards.
Many thanks to all involved in replacing our Tyres.

Excellent from start to finish....
From start to finish dealing with Head office and the branch in Stoke, where Leanne, Mary & Ryan couldn't do enough for me, sorted out my breaks, two stone chips on the windscreen and brake light, as well as a comfortable area to do my work on my laptop where I was offered coffee, rock and a can of coke.
Listening to the various conversations from the staff in reception, the team in Stoke seem to genuinely care about customer service and their staff.

Excellent service and staff
I booked my vehicle in for a Saturday appointment with Mary. She made this simple. When I arrived at Stoke I was greeted by Leanne who was pleasant and friendly. I always book my van in at Stoke because of the service and staff.

Very friendly helpful staff. Took my van in with down issues and they sorted there and then with no issues. I am from Derby and travel out my way to come to this branch just for the customer service alone.

Northgate Stoke are superb
Northgate Stoke are superb. I had a cambelt failure in my van, RAC recovered the van to Northgate, after hours. The lad that opened up for me, and sorted out a loan vehicle was so helpful, and I left with a loan vehicle (albeit a van that was bigger than the front of my house). I asked if there was any chance of a smaller vehicle, and within a few days Mary kindly sorted another van, which is better suited to my job. All in all, faultless customer service.. Thanks again guys

Took van in to stoke as had an emissions issue the office staff are really helpful and soon got the workshop to look at the problem which was sorted straight away. All of the staff I have spoken to over the last 9 years of hiring a van are really helpful and very polite.

Professional and stress free
I hired a vehicle from Northgate in Stoke last week and I can highly recommend them. Not only was the service impeccable from Leanne but also Dave who handed the vehicle over. The vehicle was immaculate and suited all of my requirements and nothing was too much trouble for the branch. They made the process stress free and simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
