Hired a work van through Northgate Stirling and the service was quick and straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the van was clean, well-maintained and ready on time. No issues during the hire. Would happily use them again.

The company had great customer service. The vans were in excellent condition. The technician Tam done an excellent job in explaining things when I was having technical difficulty.

Immediate replacement
North gate provided an on-site service to save me taking the van into their workshop. A fault was spotted that meant the van had to be taken out of service. Contacted workshop and replacement was sourced same day. Did not have to go without a van.

I’ve been using Northgate in Stirling for many years and have always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. On one occasion, I needed to change vehicles at short notice, and the team went out of their way to clear a part of the car park so I could transfer a large amount of equipment between vehicles.
