Polite and helpful
I had to drop off a hire van after having it for a while. Senami was very polite and helpful. She was also very patient whilst I transferred and organised every from the hire van to my van.

Northgate Service
We hire vans from Northgate our local branch is Snodland (Kent). In the past we've received poor service. However, today its been brilliant, on Tuesday I rung to book an appointment and was offered one on Thursday great, the appointment was for 2pm. My driver got there a lot earlier, this wasn't a problem said Jessy we'll get in the workshop straight away an hour and an half later my driver was leaving the site he got back to base at 2pm. Long may this improvement continue.

Snodland Branch - Poor Service
I run a Fleet of over 100 and 90% of my Fleet is through Northgate.
Each time I need to use this branch for a delivery/collection I only get a resolution or even a response when I get my account manager Steve Edwards involved.
These errors must be costing Northgate so much money, as I can't be the only Fleet Manager with this issue who then requests credits back for loss of use of vehicles.

Massive thank you to Andy (ducky) snodland not only did he help my partner sort out an issue with his van , he really has saved my partner he noticed he was struggling whilst sitting in his vehicle, he suffers severely with mental health problems and sat and chatted with ducky in his van . He really has saved him our family really can't thank him enough he gave my partner a list of numbers to call and get support from mind and mental health crisis team who have visited my partner without his help I don't think he would be able to get through his dark times , ducky also gave him his number and they chat once a week to check up and help him however he can ,what a genuine nice guy he can't do enough for us a true hero and credit to you're company once again please send our thanks from our family

My van went in for service as parts took slightly longer to arrive. I was worried I wouldn't make my meeting. With no hesitation, she gave me another vehicle to make it off her own back. Very kind woman

Helpful and positive throughout.
Great people and extremely helpful- even if you’re not in the right department they are more than happy to assist in anyway they can! Caroline and Claire are two I would have to single out for being approachable and helpful in anyway they can either by phone or email- whole sight has seemed to be turned around in the last few months in a great direction.

my company have been using Northgate Snodlands for years , the service was slack , staff where stressed out and rude , but i must say it was a delight , the new Manager Jesse has turned things around and staff are very helpful and are eager please , used to dread going to Snodlands but Jesse and the team have turned it around ,

Friendly service by all staff in…
Friendly service by all staff in general with special mention to Senami for always keeping me updated with regards to my vehicle collection. The waiting time could have been shorter but in the end lm happy with my brand new upgrade.
