I’ve always had great experiences with the Plymouth branch, the chaps at the front desk are friendly, and very welcoming, and the garage are very efficient. I brought my van in with a fault without a booking and the guys got it straight in and repaired within 45 minutes. Great branch

What a nice bunch of people who give everything possible to ensure a good service.
If I need to wait they have a great coffee machine too!
I have been to quite a few Northgate branches and the people here are the best by far!

Good staff to customer relationship.
I spoke with Ali at the Leemill branch to book my van in, the EML was lit up on the dash .
She was very polite from the start and made me feel at ease with everything.
I arrived at the depot the following morning, half an hour early , Ali was already there and greeted me with a warm smile.
It was nice to be treated with kindness on a cold and wet 7:30 start , even though they don’t actually open until 8am .
An employee came and took my vehicle , he was very happy and seemed to really enjoy his job, extremely courteous indeed.
I was offered a tea /coffee whilst I waited.
Whilst sitting in the waiting area for my van to sorted ,staff would smile as they passed by.
Toby was friendly and came to see if I was ok and we had a quick chat , everything just felt very comforting. If the staff are all like this I knew my van was in good hands.
Very relaxed atmosphere indeed.
A lot of companies out there should learn a thing or two , customer appreciation goes along way.
