Always great service.
Always great service from this team. My company hires from here, so have been up on various occasions throughout the year, both waiting for a service or repair, or swapping vehicles.
They're always prompt with contact, and the staff in the waiting area are excellent as well, which is always comfortable and fully stocked with tea and coffee. Free WiFi provided because phone signal at location isn't the best.
Kept informed at every stage with issues, and when vehicle will be ready.
Couldn't really ask for more.

Friendly and proffesional staff who are…
Friendly and proffesional staff who are always willing to help and offer swift solutions, even at short notice!
Any issue I have had with my long term hire van has been looked at and resolved swiftly and efficiently.
The technicians are excellent and don't mind explaining in detail their findings and if a replacement loan vehicle is required.
If so, the friendly office team get to work to source a loan vehicle to use whilst the other is fixed. Even if one is not immediately available the team do everything in their power to get you up and running ASAP!
Thanks Northgate Leicester for your excellent customer service, helpfulness and efficiency. A late finish today but only.possible with your help.....thanks again! Duane (DPD)

Staff at Northgate Leicester couldn`t have done enough for me yesterday when I took a van to be repaired they didn`t have a replacement at the time i arrived but they went searching every avenue to get me one which they did . so thank you Nick and your crew

Fleet Depot review
I have been dealing with the Leicester depot for over a year now as most of my fleet work in this county, whenever I have a van issue they respond to rectify as soon as possible or find a solution for me.I get on well with all the staff and feel welcomed when I visit..

Northgate Leicester Branch are amazing! We needed to arrange a hire car and it was such a streamline experience from the initial phone call to home delivery. The car was cleaned to perfection. Everything was perfect - it’s a great branch operated by dedicated staff.
Special thanks to Wayne and Richard for making the handover so good. There was no rush; all features of the car were explained and what was also helpful was the time taken to make sure I had contact phone numbers on a key fob if I needed them. It’s not just about handing you a car - the service encompasses everything you need, including a full demonstration of the features included in your particular vehicle.
This service was very impressive and the whole team obviously take pride in the way they operate… which is fab!
