Excellent staff and easy process

Great experience at Northgate Leeds!
The experience at Northgate Leeds is always seamless and incredibly efficient. They always go out of their way to make me feel welcome when I need to visit and it's genuinely really nice to see them. Kaylee always goes out of her way to help get me booked in as soon as possible, even on occasions where I've been more disorganised than I should be. I always recommend going to Northgate Leeds because the experience is always, consistently really positive and I always feel that my car is in great hands too. Really appreciate everything Northgate Leeds do!

Took my company van in for annual service, was told at desk it was a sit and wait appointment, 1hr later van sorted, staff polite and explained everything, technician Marc Spence was very professional and courteous.

I had a problem with my car
I had a problem with my car . I walked in this morning without a booking i got seen to straight away . They where very quick . Staff was very polite. I was dealing with Mark. Who explained problems they found and the checks around the car . I would like to thank north gate for all there hard work . I would strongly recommend north gate . Thanks again

Fantastic service from Northgate. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
A special thank you to Kayleigh and Julie, who were both incredibly helpful throughout. They were always friendly, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted efficiently. Had a faulty wiper on my van. Popped into my local Northgate at Leeds for help. I was booked in straight away and the work completed in a timely manner. Service from everyone involved was excellent. Friendly team and happy to help. Brilliant.
