The staff were excellent at reception and dealt with my issues immediately.
The fitter Rob that worked on the vehicle couldn’t t do anymore to make the experience Pleasant.

Always a great experience with the Ipswich branch
I've always had great experiences with the Ipswich branch and Spencer at the front desk. Always very helpful and friendly. Something that can't be said for the Norwich branch. I would always choose to come to the Ipswich branch.

My company vehicle is fleet managed by Northgate vehicle hire.
The service was completed by Ipswich while I waited. The service & replacement brake pads were fitted & I was on my in good time to carry on with my day.
The technician Sam came though & explained what was done when handing my keys back. Nice touch! The guys on the front are helpful & alway offer a coffee.
