Good service and staff
As a fairly new customer to Northgate I wanted to share my experiences so far. The local branch to me Inverness has been great providing me a fantastic service each time I visit with one of my vans. Lee the general manager is very helpful and has ensured that we always have a positive experience.

I had my van in for a service recently at North gate Inverness and was impressed with all aspects.
Great communication from the staff and it all went without a hitch.

Routine maintenance...
On attending the branch for routine maintenance on my vehicle it was very clear that everyone has a part to play. I was kept informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout. Very friendly and polite staff.

Excellent service always friendly and helpful. Took my van in with an EML fault fixed on the day even got a nice coffee.
