Excellent service....arrived with a fault on my work van Leon got straight onto diagnosis and sorted it within 30min can't ask for better service and a cup of coffee too

The school I work for had hired 3 9 seater minibus’s , I was chasing the locating of these with another office and was getting very little help until MARK BUTCHER at Derby got involved within hours he located 2 buses and got them back to Derby and we collected to enable us to complete our runs , he has kept me fully informed of chasing the other bus and I don’t doubt he will do all he an to locate asap , thanks Mark

The Derby Depot is our main point of contact. We mainly deal with Leon and Rebecca who are both fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Always happy to help whenever we have issues with the vehicles!

My colleagues use Northgate depots in other areas,and in comparison the derby branch get me back on the road usually the same day, they listen to any faults and accommodate at short notice,,,well done ,,Rebecca,Leon and team...

Northgate Derby helpful and friendly staff, great service cambelt and service all carried out within the day, both dropping off my van collecting and swapping items into the loan van only 10 minuets arriving to leaving, that what i call hassle free service.

Leon is a star
Leon deserves more than 5 stars . He is very friendly and helpful. He seems to go the extra mile for his customers . Lisa who brought me home also deserves a mention as an asset to Northgate Derby.
The branch itself is easy to find with a large reception area and toilets. I was even offered a hot drink.
Would definitely recommend this branch.

Tried calling the fire line up with a issue but there was no answer for 2 days, called Northgate derby striaght up and they got me booked in with them and was great, great they would help out after two bad days

Leon at Derby deserves 6 stars but i can only give 5 unfortunately. Super fast turnaround on a replacement van.
Top bloke great service , just the right amount of sarcasm but professional when required. Unfortunately VW main dealership aren't as efficient so ive got to wait 4 -6 weeks before i get my van back
