I had a pleasant experience at Northgate Dartford all because of the customer service I received. Georgia was amazing very professional and pre-emptively informed which made the transaction fluid and flexible. On top of that she offered me a bevvy! 10/10

Took my works van in at Northgate…
Took my works van in at Northgate request for a brake and fluid check as it regularly does 1500 miles a week.
Great service
The staff are very friendly and approachable,it is a shame that they only do commercial hire here, the private hire companies that exist could learn alot from this slick, courteous operation who prioritise customer satisfaction as well as professional work ethic.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with the staff at northgate. Needed my van serviced and a safty recall fixed. Was quite worried about not having my van back ontime but the team got straight on it and sorted everything out. Karen in the office was a super star calling me with updates and making sure I knew exactly what was happening. Also a big shout out to the technician Alfie who stayed on past his time to ensure the van was ready for me the next day. Karen also ensured that the team had a hire van ready for me to collect so no down time. Thanks so much guys keep up the great work

I had a fantastic experience at Northgate. Apprentice Mia's quick and efficient service impressed me, and the welcoming atmosphere created by the office ladies Natalie and Karen, who offered me a drink and reassured me, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend their service!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Northgate repair centre, thanks to workshop manager Stephen and technicians Liam and Adam. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, and my vehicle was back on the road in no time.
