Was served by Slate in Crawley branch today. Very helpful. Done everything he could to get me back on the road after bringing a van in for repair as quickly and efficiently as he could. Overall good experience. Can tell he takes pride in his job,getting customers what they need.

Slate Grey dealt with our enquiries and hiring of two vehicles. It would be hard to come across someone more helpful. He listened and was very efficient. I can tell from his interactions with other customers he cares and these days he would be a very rare breed.

We are a Northgate customer for 2 years. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Customer Service Agent Slate, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. Slate's professionalism and customer-centric approach made a lasting impression on me.

Drop in visit
Even though I had filled my ad blue tank my warning light was still on and it said it would not start.
I turned up unannounced at the branch saw Kyle and Slate who with their team sorted it straight away allowing me to get back on the road for work within 1 and a quarter hourswhich was greatly appreciated

Yet again Northgate never fail to disappoint. Unable to provide like for like replacement resulting in 2 days operational downtime. This is the third time this has happened.

The high rating is purely for slate…
The high rating is purely for slate from the Crawley branch. He went above and beyond his duty to help me out. Northgate as a company isn’t as great unfortunately. Left me without a vehicle for nearly two weeks which my business relies on. I really can’t speak any more highly of slate although he had to let me down a few time much to which was out his power he still stayed late beyond his duty to make sure I got in a vehicle, much to which respect dosnt allow me to run my business as I wish but at least I can still trade, slate is an absolute credit to the company and if it wasn’t dealing with him I would be up a creak without a paddle . Thanks slate !.
