Yh it was very good
Yh it was very good, I had a small problem with which van was to be collected, but they sorted it out in no time and I was shown the vehicle by a chap named Dave, who was very helpful

5 Stars! We use Northgate as a corporate customer, and they are so far ahead of the other companies we use there is no comparison. Lovely professional staff - David Powell did my handover today, thoroughly lovely chap. Detailed all the info about the vehicle, made sure we were happy with all the functions of the vehicle, absolutely great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Quick response times too!

Very quick delivery of van
Very quick delivery of van. Much quicker than advised. Delivery driver, David, was patient, informative and cheerful. Company customer service very good. I'm surprised that the experience has far exceeded my expectations.

Not all branches are the same!
The only reason full stars not selected is due to the terrible service from 1st branch I spoke to which was Egham.
Staff at Camberley branch polar opposite and couldn't have been more helpful. Tyler went above and beyond to help me.

Great experience with Northgate, particularly from the Camberley branch, all the staff are switched on and quick to respond to requests and challenges.
