Expeditious service
Expeditious service from the outset, customer focused, friendly and professional. Nicola who arranged the delivery of my hire vehicle was on point and offered a solution to the delivery should I not be at home. The vehicle was delivered by Chris McNicholl, who was polite, friendly and efficient. I also had the opportunity to speak with David Laight the Branch manager who was able to deal with a query in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Thank you for making things easy!!

There was a slight issue on the return of the vehicle which was speedily sorted out by the belfast branch of Northgate, I would highly recommend their services

I actually can’t think of a single fault. The lovely Ian delivered the car. He was in time, approachable, polite, answered any questions I threw at him and just an overall gent.

Highly recommended
Fulfilled all what they committed they said they agreed to and kept us updated at every stage. The agent was very helpful and respectful, showing kindness and was very professional. The driver was Colin who was very friendly, helpful, attentive and who explained all the information that I needed to know.

Booking a delivery time
Had to accept a start time later than my accident repair was due into the garage. Probably a booking system fail, as booked by Auxillis not me in person. Northgate management were very understanding, thank you.

The customer service team, workshop staff are excellent at what they do. Running a large fleet of vehicles, I find the northgate Belfast depot go beyond their job to help us minimise downtime and keep the show on the road!!
