A refreshing experience
What a relief to find a dealership with such helpful and friendly staff. Gus ensured we had all the information required and he gave us the confidence we needed to
make the switch. It was so refreshing to hear about the pedigree of Norman Motors and the pride Gus had in his company was both relevant and reassuring. A brilliant experience and not only that but the exhaustive pre handover checks revealed a few minor points that were instantly sorted. So we could leave the forecourt safe in the knowledge that everything was fine. Thanks again Gus.

Trustworthy, professional and friendly
Fantastic business to deal with. From the moment we arrived Clyde made us feel welcome; he responded knowledgeably to all of the questions we asked about the car we were interested in and after our test-drive we loved the car and went ahead with the purchase. The car underwent full servicing and dealer checks which were communicated to us in advance. When we collected the car it was immaculately presented, tax sorted and private plates ready to fit. A very professional service from start to finish. Clyde even got in touch after a couple of weeks to check that we were happy and enjoying our new car. Of course we are, it's fantastic!!

Excellent Dealership!
Norman Motors was recommended by a colleague as I was looking for a reliable and quality used car - after looking at various options online where there was doubt in what we were looking for would not have issues etc, we visited NM in Poole which happened to have the specific X5 model we were looking for. Stuart was extremely helpful and friendly and after a test drive we bought the vehicle. During the test drive we mentioned that the car sounded a bit rough but put it down to it being cold and not driven recently. A week later while we were waiting for the car to be prepared we were informed that they had done a thorough examination and discovered that the front diff needed replacing, which they then did along with all of the necessary alignments... as my Dad would say, 'you were not sold a lemon' and that was really the difference in knowing that the dealership is trusted and take pride in selling quality cars. Other things that impressed us were the refurbishment of the rims and brake calipers without additional cost and replacing the tyres post MOT with decent tyres and not the cheapest available. Really chuffed with the service and experience and the car! Thank you to Stuart and the behind the scenes team for the car. I can highly recommend the dealership based on our experience.

Norman Motors - wonderful vehicle and excellent customer service.
Having spotted the 22 plate Ford Galaxy 2.0l Titanium on Autotrader previously, on the Thursday I telephoned Norman Motors, Bournemouth and spoke with Andrew. He answered all my questions in a straightforward, courteous and professional manner. Despite living in Scotland, I was content to pay the deposit and fly down (from Edinburgh) the following day.
Norman Motors (Daniel) kindly collected me from Bournemouth Airport around 1230hrs. The Galaxy was in beautiful condition. Andrew kindly drove it to the PO for road-tax and Norman Motors gallantly filled the tank up for my return trip to Scotland.
By around 0030 hrs on Sat morning, I was home and delighted with both the new vehicle and Norman Motors. Furthermore, the Galaxy has continued to drive wonderfully.
My Wife and family are delighted with the car. Norman Motors is fully deserving of 5 stars - thank you.

Top-Notch Service at Norman Motors, Poole
I recently picked up my used 22-plate Tesla Model Y from Norman Motors in Poole, and the service from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Clyde and his colleagues are genuinely fantastic people friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
One thing that really stood out is that they are not pushy salespeople. When you speak to them, you don’t feel like you’re dealing with one of those large companies that don’t really care about you. Instead, it feels personal, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.
The car itself is in perfect condition. They carried out a full MOT, changed the tyres, and made sure everything was spot-on before handing it over. As this is my first Tesla and my first ever electric car, I really appreciated the time they spent going through the entire Tesla interface with me. Clyde’s knowledge of Teslas is outstanding and made everything easy to understand.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly exceptional. I can’t recommend Norman Motors highly enough amazing team, amazing service, and an amazing car. 🚗⚡️

The whole process was pleasant
The whole process was pleasant, honest and fair. I was dealing with Andrew who was helpful and good to deal with on the sales department. The showroom was very clean and tidy. All the cars looked clean and in good condition. I bought the car on my first visit and very happy with it.
