Really poor, size guides aren’t accurate with some garments like gilets coming up very small, and others like arm warmers coming up massive!
Reported issue to be told “I certainly won’t be exchanging any further goods for you”.
Also not an isolated case with many orders for club kit by my club experiencing the same issues.

I am a member of a cycling club in Newport, Shropshire and ordered two club Jerseys, for myself and my son. The communication with Nopinz was excellent, very friendly, and professional. My order arrived in time for Xmas well within the specified lead time. The quality of the products is superb, however one of the jerseys was a little small, I contacted them on the 4th January and everything was quickly resolved, brilliant customer service. They respond to emails very quickly with friendly advice, very customer focused and the problem resolved without any fuss. Highly recommended with special thanks to Gaz and Rosie - Excellent company

Nopinz produce some incredible cycling kit with the use of cutting edge technology in the pursuit for speed. Outstanding workmanship and aerodynamic performance. Wearing this kit really makes you feel like you're kit doping. On top of that customer service is second to none with fabrication estimate times being spot on even with all the disruptions over the last year. Highly recommended!!

Again an excellent product at a reasonable price. Tried it on two occasions and fits perfectly and feels fast.

Brought the middle range bio racer skin suit from no pinz and the zip broke after 2 wears. Tried to email nopinz but no reply. Had the entry skin suit and fitted perfectly and no issues until I crashed in it so sizing wasn’t an issue just robustness of the zip.

Nopinz designs and produces outstanding cycling kit, which is top-notch in terms of material quality, workmanship and aerodynamic properties. Especially outstanding is their Made-to-Measure service at a great price, which can be paid only once and applied to multiple items and orders.
A special recommendation goes out for their Subzero Suit, which is quite a revolutionary piece of clothing for indoor riding.
The only problem is that - at least currently - you may need to wait longer than advertised until you receive your order. But it's well worth the waiting!

Delighted with the service I have received from Nopinz - a truly professional team. I cycle as part of a club who have clothing provided by a couple of different companies. Without doubt the best of the kit is provided by Nopinz. Superb quality and design, excellent service, friendly helpful staff - what more could you ask for. Rosie in particular went out of her way to assist with my quite demanding requirements. First class is the only rating I would give based on my experience.

Sent a skin suit to have speed pocked fitted. Posted suit on tuesday night, confirmed as received and processed on wednesday, despatched back to me on thursday, delivered by courrier Friday morning.

4 day turnaround (2 of those days suit not in their hands) for putting a speed pocked on a suit. Unbelievable.

And to make things better, they repaired some stitching on the shoulder of the suit for free. Never know service so good, so impressive.

Really pleased with the service and the turn around time. I sent in an Assos jacket, for a replacement zip. Amazed on the quality of work and the time to turn it around This saving my garment. Would definitely recommend to others, esp finding a supplier who specializes in repairing cycle garments.

Always good quality products, always fast delivery , great friendly customer service from Blake and the only company I would trust to do alterations to an expensive skinsuit.

3 months after having been charged to my credit card, the item has not arrived, perhaps due to COVID-19. I am sure that is a big factor in transit time.

The order was placed on 11 March and sent to Royal Mail on 22 April, a total of 41 days to begin shipping. I do not know if this is normal in the UK or not, but the company should provide status updates, seeing as payment has already been made.

The company was suprised by my message and did provide tracking, at that point, but there was never a moment before that, in which the tracking data was sent to my e-mail account. Again, I do not know if this is normal in the UK.

All-in-all, provided the recipient does eventually receive the order and all is correct, I would not be in a position to recommend Nopinz, simply as I do not understand the aforementioned items and whether or not they are standard business practices in the UK.

Advertises 28 day turnaround time. I have been waiting almost 4 months now for an individual order. I needed the outfit for promotional events that have since came and went. Unless you order 6 months in advance, don't bother.

Poor sizing advice

I contacted Club Nopinz about the size I should order of a Club Blizzard Jersey. They advised a medium (my height 5'11" waist 32" weight 70kg) On arrival it was way to short in the arms and body. Sleeves are only 45cm long!!!. All my other medium jerseys and jackets (from Rapha / Assos / Giordana) have a sleeve length between 53cm - 55 cm.

Other club members have also have had the same sizing issues.

Customer services are not interested

Come on Nopinz! - buy yourselves a pile of medium cycle jerseys on ebay and design a product that is actually medium or tell your customers to use your made to measure service!
