Service is top drawer.
I made a novice error on my order, ended up asking numerous questions via email, returning my first purchase, and getting a different one.
Seamless in all respects, Tori (and Rosie) respond very quickly to mails, and my new purchase and refund for the old took no time at all.
Very happy, and would highly recommend reaching out if you are new like I was before ordering.

My cycling club worked with Oscar to design our new club kit. Oscar was great about helping us choose colors and designs and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He made sure we were happy with every aspect of design for all of the different products before our club went live. I am glad we chose Nopinz

Both Tori and Rosie were brilliant when there was a printing issue on my order. They dealt with it all so quickly there was less than a week between me returning it and then receiving it back with the correct print.

I have had skinsuits, a base layer, overshoes, mitts, and a gilet from Nopinz, all have been great quality.
Even better is the customer service I have experienced. From helping to replace a full set of TT gear after a crash in 2023. To replacing a brand new overshoe that I tore when fitting for the first time, in double quick time.
Always helpful on the phone if you have questions about sizing, so you order the right size first time.

Megan and the team have been incredible through the entire process. Really happy with where we got to with our kit design and how willing the team have been to help. We received pictures of sample prints throughout the process which was really helpful, especially when choosing the colours. Definitely recommend working with Nopinz! Great team, great experience.

Use the Hypersonic skinsuit, Pro-1 Skinsuit, Pro-1 Bibs and jerseys plus the Subzero for indoor traning. Very happy with the fit and the quality.

I purchased the pro 1 skinsuit and gillet in my team colours , this not only looks amazing it fit’s really well and it’s quality I will be ordering some more team kit

I ordered the Pro-1 Road Skinsuit and the Pro-1 Socks for my second purchase from NoPinz. The order was placed on Thursday afternoon, and everything arrived at my home in Florida on Monday morning. The suit and socks are exactly what I ordered, and the quality is excellent. Their staff did great work!

Had a faulty zip, sent the skin suit back, zip repaired and sent back to me within a week. Best customer service I’ve had
