Updated review - 3 stars:- Following additional emails and video I submitted of issues I was advised that socks required a very specific way to be put on to ensure they do not fail. This was not made clear to me online or in packaging and was only offered as explanation after I sent a video. On return of socks a refund has been paid but I think most folks would have given up when initial contact met resistance...
Original review - 1 star:-Ordered and started to use Hypersonic socks. I have ordered the correct size for my feet and followed the care guidance. The socks split on the third time of putting them on. They are very difficult to put over the heel due to the design and require very careful and slow application. Even with the up most care the socks failed due to being very flimsy. Not 'Fit for purpose'. Asked for refund/replacement but being told it's my fault and product run has no faults.

Nopinz have absolutely risen to the challenge.... Harry Hudson becomes world champ. Within 3 days he was in fully kitted out with 2 custom made team skinsuits with the rainbow stripes as well as aero socks and a Roubaix jersey. Fantastic service and the Harry looks awesome!!

I’ve now ordered three racing kits through Nopinz and each experience gets better and better. The quality and fit is unparalleled. They take the time, and encourage me to take the time, to measure each factor so that it is just right! In addition, the service and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Just phenomenal.

Colis livré sur ma terrasse selon le livreur de FedEx…. Pas de signature demandée et colis disparu. Réclamation refusée alors qu’aucun bordereau de livraison ne peut m’être remis… de plus les frais de douane, TVA et 15€ de frais de dossier me sont réclamés par FedEx… juste honteux. Il y a beaucoup de marques nettement plus professionnelles que NoPinz et je ne peux que vous encourager à vous mefier grandement de NoPinz.

Hands down it's the best skinsuit I could have bought. Except for a few dimples on the soulders when riding, which I consider completely normal for an off the peg sized kit, the fit is more than perfect. It's a 10/10 piece of gear. Also the advice on sizing provided by Nopinz before I buy it, hence my body measurements doesn't follow my height and weight.
The shipping overseas was very fast too.

I’ve purchased from NoPinz dating back to 2015, whether it is ordinary kit or team kit I have never been disappointed. The customer service when going through the design process is second to none. The products seem to constantly evolving, and prices have not increased at anywhere near the same of other brands over the last few years!

Riding both the Pro-1 Evo gravel cargo shorts and gravel suit. Both outstandingly comfortable shorts with genuinely useful and well positioned pockets. NOPINZ managed to get me the shorts in time for a coast to coast gravel event and they were supremely comfortable for 300km in a day. Great products

Firstly let me start by saying I’ve used Nopinz products before including a skin suit and have always been impressed.

Sadly, my latest purchase the Hypersonic is causing me issues. In brief, the legs grippers aren’t holding it in place. So they do ride up and not ideal when it bunches and chaffs where it shouldn’t. Customer support have been helpful but after wearing it 3 times they still ride up.

I’m probably unique but just be aware of this issue and maybe try it out on a turbo before you take all the labels off. So you can exchange it, if needed
