Nopinz team have been great and efficient. I’ve used nopinz in various ways, they have done a few of my custom charity jerseys which have never disappointed, I have raced in their bib shorts, jersey and skinsuits and everything about them is spot on, fit, comfort and look good.

Quality is the name of the game with Nopinz and “tailored for speed” is a slogan that sums up all their kit. 100% recommend.

RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:

Why would I "neglet" to say it was sent to the same location? That is not the issue. Blake is misdirecting the issue.
I'll make it very simple for them:
1. They sent the wrong item. Completely their fault. Is it bad that I am unhappy they sent the wrong item?

2. When attempting to fix their mistake, they never sent the tracking email. Here I could've signed for FedEx to leave it by my door. It would be totally my responsability after that point if something gets lost. I've asked for this email and they still have not sent that.

3. If it is the holidays like they claim, how were they able to respond to this so quickly? Trustpilot they care. My emails they don't.

It is very simple. You are very good at manipulating.

Very sloppy every step of the way.
1. Sent the wrong item.
2. When they attempted to send the correct item, they never emailed me a tracking number. I had to ask for it and they only wrote the number on an email.
3. I was already out of town. My roommate gets home late. So I needed the email they normally send from fedex in order to sign the delivery. Because of that, it reached 3 attempts limit.
4. I called FedEx. They said the sender had to contact them. Nopinz finally replied my email a few days later with an apology for taking so long.
5. On the email the person realized my billing phone number was incorrect and that person focused on that instead of trying to help. I made a mistake with the auto fill function of my computer.

If they had sent the item correctly there would be no problem.

If they had sent the tracking email there would be no problem.

But now "ofcourse" it is my fault for not filling in the phone number correctly. I was hoping they would help me getting that changed, but no reply for 2 days already.

I even offered to pay any extra fees to get another delivery attempt.

Ofcourse, I will get a response like everybody telling me to contact them in order to get it fixed. Why not just do that in the first place. The reason I am posting here is because you failed at that.

Great kit and super easy to deal with! Design team has been super helpful in making my design ideas come to reality.

Megan took a design that NoPinz created for me last year and spiced it up to give me an alternate kit. I can't say enough about how easy it has been to work with her and all of the NoPinz staff the last couple of years. I am thrilled.

I am aware of some complaints about sizing and I agree that it was tricky for me the first time around, especially given that the clothing line is intended to be aero. I suggest purchasing a standard jersey that you can return before ordering bulk custom items. If it is too large, I have successfully been able to shrink the items. Items that have been on the small size have stretched to comfortable after a few wears.

These were delivered on time - in fact, before the promised date. They are well made, comfortable to wear and look good on the bike.
So good I am 'almost' looking forward to riding in bad weather/

Fantastic Product and kit.

Recent crash damage was sorted mega fast to get back on the road.

We worked with Megan on our custom kit. She created a fantastic design based on our drawings and was so patient with all of the revisions we asked for. She was also committed to getting the colours right and did multiple swatches to ensure the colours were matched perfectly. Can’t recommend enough, thanks Megan!

Been purchasing Nopinz kit now for a good few years. From skinsuits to arm warmers. If you want the fastest kit, Nopinz are the brand. Recently had my custom hypersonic suit made and delivered in less time than what they advertise and in time for my race this weekend. Also must give a mention to the team behind the brand… Tori in particular always responds to emails fast and nothing is too much trouble. 6* if I could!
