Excellent service throughout our Hajj. Noori went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I as we had to travel separately. Excellent customer service, you feel you are part of one big family. Exceptional locations in Mecca, Mina and Medina. I had family that traveled with other agencies and walked quite a bit and paid a lot of money to get to The Haram and jamarat.

It was an amazing and spiritual journey with Noori travel. They were very helpful throughout the process, their staff was friendly and looked after everything for us. Although Madina Ziyaraat wasn't part of the package but they still took us to all the special historical locations. We would definitely choose them next time, inshaAllah

They looked after us well and guided throughout the whole journey which I think was excellent I think in the future I would book with this group again and will recommend it to others that are planning to go on a pilgrimage

Noori Travels is an effecient and honest Hajj tour agency. From the outset they have provided honest details about their packages and all staff members are quick and polite in dealing with queries, in particular brother Awais.

In 2018 I went on a 14 day economy hajj package with my wife and 15 year old son. The agency processed our hajj visas in good time and provided confirmed itinerary with full documentation about 2 weeks before travel date. Pre-hajj seminar was conducted online and was convenient to avail from comfort of own home. They also provide many essentials such as Ihram, backpack, money belt, hajj/umrah guides etc. Travel documentation could be managed effeciently by using a app called Vamoos, also a audio tour guide device was provided by Noori to listen to tour instructions.

As expected the Makkah hotel in the economy package was very basic with tiny room, dated decor and toilet. However the positive was that the hotel is situated stones throw away from the Haram and the hotel staff are friendly who provided clean bed linen and towels on request during our stay. Noori provided plenty of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet style layout. They also provided laundry service which was extremely useful.

I have to mention that Awais made my family's Hajj special by arranging an extraordinary visit to the Kabba, which we will cherish in our memories for ever.

Travel arrangements to Mina, Jamarat, Medina etc were occasionally bit chaotic but on the whole efficiently managed by Noori. Mina/Arafat tents are in the European section and of same standards provided by many other British/American hajj agencies.

Medina hotel is slightly bigger than Makkah but cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. Dirty carpets and on arrival bed linen in our room was dirty which we had to ask hotel staff to change. Perhaps Noori can ensure that the hotel maintains basic cleanliness for their hujjas customers. However the hotel is very close to the Masjid Al Nabuwi which is an advantage. Brief Ziyrart of Medina was arranged by Noori which was appreciated.

Overall, Alhamdulillah, our family had a very peaceful hajj which was well facilitated by Noori Travels and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to go on Hajj in the future.

Thank you to Noori Travels as this was my first time going on umrah and Noori travels was a recommendation from a colleague so I went to their agency and the service provided by awais was exceptional as he provided usefull information regarding umrah and gave booklets,tasbees and water bottles for zam zam water. The visa process was fast and easy as I got it within 2 days. Also they gave fast responses to any emails or phone calls I did. Highly recommended as prices are reasonable and the travel agents are very reliable and friendly.
