Liker det veldig godt men det er dårlig farge på bildene

I cannot contact you directly. When I phoned UK the call did not go through and when I phoned Norway an automated message in Norwegian appeared. I do not speak Norwegian.
My Komp service is not working and nothing I do works. My emails simply get replied by the same automated reply every time. It's hopeless!
I thought the problem was over and done with but now I never get through on Komp with a message that 'right now I cannot contact my family'. Also I have both a mobile phone and a tablet. My Komp on the tablet automatically changed to my wife's name and doesn't work either.

An extremely good product for visually impaired and those whose dexterity is deteriorating. Particularly during COVID lockdown but also subsequently provided an easy way to contact and remain up to date with elderly parents in the United Kingdom who have no immediate family in the vicinity and whose main family members live in The Netherlands. Proved to be an excellent reliable service which has only seen improvements since acquisition.

Det hender at brukere må slettes og gjenopprettes. Bortsett fra det er alt fint!

Jeg og flere familiemedlemmer blir kastet ut av Komp ofte!! Umulig og logge seg på igjen!
Det ender med at vi må bli invitert på nytt, gjentatte ganger og lage nye profiler!

Veldig enkel og trenger ingen betjening av oldemor/mormor/svigermor. I appen på mobilen til adm. /brukere, stilles tider den er på og i dvale. Kan ringe til komp m bilde tilsvarende som snap.

En mycket lätthanterlig app och allt som hör till.
Våran pappa hade ett så bra utbye av Kompen där vi kunde dela med oss vår vardag till honom som han inte kunde delta i annars.
Att kunna ringa och prata och samtidigt se den på andra sidan var ovärderligt.
Finns bara plus med denna 🤩

My very elderly mother lives alone but with daily support. We have had Komp for 2 years now and Komp has enabled her children and wider family to stay in contact regularly as all live at a distance except one. It also allows us to talk with the carers 'face to face'. We can post pictures and most importantly reminders of what is happening or will be happening to prevent surprises. I allows visual links which is essential for many reasons. It is a truly great piece of communication equipment which has added immeasurably to Mums quality of life and our peace of mind. The connection it allows is certainly helping Mum to stay living in her own home,

Med KOMP kan vi fortsätta att hålla kontakten med vår dementa mamma som inte längre klarar av att hantera en telefon. Underbart att dessutom kunna se varandra och visa hur vi lever när vi bor långt ifrån varandra.
Bra service från företaget när vi har frågor. Kan varmt rekommendera KOMP!

Komp blir reklamert som en computer, det er det per definisjon ikke.
Helt greit hjelpemiddel for brukere som ikke er så nøye med sluttresultatet. Komp er kun en skjerm med en AV/PÅ bryter, som også styrer volumet. Plastmateriale Komp er satt sammen av virker noe billig Det burde vært berøringsskjerm og 4K til den prisen.
Skjermen er "21,5 men kun 1080p,så det blir kornete bilde, selv om jeg filmer i 8K 60fps, virker det som Komp ikke har programvare som kan skalere eller utjevne/forbedre videosamtalen (streamen). Komp er flott for eldre personer som av en eller annen grunn ikke kan eller skal ha mobiltelefon. Eller for personer som har problemer med å betjene videosamtaler på mobiltelefonen.
Går man til innkjøp av Komp så trenger brukeren av Komp en pårørende med litt teknisk forståelse, da alt styres på en APP av de som ringer inn.
PS: Eier av Komp kan kun motta innkommende samtaler, Eier av Komp kan ikke ringe ut, kan ikke surfe på internet, eller kontakte noen i det hele tatt med Komp.

Jeg savner muligheten for Eiere av Komp å kunne kommunisere att "nå ønsker jeg å bli oppringt" Ellers så må man avtale som jeg gjør med min far nå.
Dette ble mye, men det er slik det er.
Komp er fin til sitt bruk, men hver klar over svakhetene.
Det beste med Komp er att hvis pårørende drar på ferie til hvorhen man måtte ønske, så kan du ringe din kjære på komp fra din egen mobil, å se att alt er bra🤞
Hovedpoenget er vel att man kan bruke Komp til å se de man er glade i og se og høre att de har det bra🥰

KOMP is the only technology I found that allows family and friends to contact, talk to and see loved ones who are unable to respond or use via their phones or tablets reliably. It was a saviour for a Mum when she went into care. I could involve my brothers and sisters who lived away in her daily care package, I.e frequent calls. All her 12 grandchild could talk to her and see her from anywhere on the planet! She could see pictures of family and friends on the screen. It solves so many concerns about keeping in touch with vulnerable adults. Thank you so much KOMP team for your advice, ease of communication and efficiency. Such good value as well

Dette har vært veldig fint for hele familien.
Min mor har kost seg hver dag med nye og gamle bilder. Hun fikk oppleve oldebarna direkte på skjermen.

I highly recommend this for keeping in touch with an elderly relative and friend who finds technology difficult. The beauty of it is that they don't have to do anything at their end and you can check in on them by yourself. It was a lifeline during Covid, when I couldn't visit my mother with dementia very often. I used it for almost 5 years and found the support team good and the connection mostly OK.
It is also great that you can add other people, so mum was able to be in touch with friends around the world. And we could send her pictures and messages too, which she loved. A really fantastic idea.

A lot of conection problems between KOMP and main user…
2- 3 times during a 30 days.
They have no control or agriment overfor/ with local komunity .

Het apparaat werkt perfect voor onze opa met de ziekte van Parkinson. Een dure aanschaf, maar zinvol. Waardeloos is echter het telkens terugkerende verzoek om een abonnement te nemen: VEEL TE DUUR! (22,- per maand) Nergens voor nodig ook. Echt belachelijk, stop daarmee!

Fantastic product to keep in touch with my housebound father. It meant I could send him photos of the grandchildren and update him on deliveries/carers etc, quickly.

Superb bit of kit. Allowed us to communicate easily with parent in nursing home. Recommend to anyone with someone who cannot operate hi-tech . It is so easy.

Used it before covid, about 5 years.

We got the KOMP for my mum during the pandemic. The simplicity of the controls - just an on/off button and a volume control to manage - was crucial. And it really kept her going through all the lockdowns - video chats were so much better than phone calls. And the photos we posted were a constant source of pleasure for her. She took it with her when she moved into residential care after the pandemic and wouldn't have been without it. It's made such a difference.

Family kept sending pics and chatting to him on the Komp
It was wonderful for him
Especially tye great grandchildren who grew and change so quickly
