I could not find a way to request this product to be a subscription order. It used to be easy. I dislike using AI to make my decisions on purchases.
Other than that, your product selections are great.
Also, I get sometimes 2 - 3 packages in a single day. Can you please bundle these into 1 package. I hate to see all the packaging waste and also shipping would cost you less.

This company has all the natural products I have looked for and is an extremely fast shipper. The products arrive well packaged and exactly as described. They are always at very competitive prices and have a great rewards program too.

I have more than $10 in credits, which you alerted me to, but not until after my order had been processed. I have to manually go in and select to use them on the next order. Why does NHC not just automatically apply credits to the next order? It's a little silly to allow your customers to lose a benefit like that.

I love that they do Auto ship and that there are no issues. I'm notified that the product is about to be shipped. I'm given ample time to make any changes if needed before they actually ship the order. They let me know when my order ships and when I should expect it to arrive. NHC is a great company to work with.

I shop and usually purchase the majority of my supplements and body care products from NHC.
Also, I have 1 subscription that generates an email to alert me that it’s about to ship, with the added benefit that I can change the ship date conveniently from that same email.
Most of their prices are competitive as is the product selection.
What I’m not happy with is the recent addition of auto subscribing to anything I add to my cart.

I did not place this order. I emailed you last Saturday that it was a mistake and that I am not enrolled in an automatic refill program. I was told it was a mistake and would be corrected. I have gotten emails all weekend that it has been shipped, it is on the way, and how did we do. Terrible
